A uniquely designed guide covering all vital project information, certifications and records, enabling the facility team to operate and maintain the building from day one. Compilation starts on the project kick-off day, with a dedicated document controller recording every report, DPR and photograph across the build.
Every site is monitored continuously, with authenticated live access for the client's project management team.
Employee registration, time & attendance and authorised site access, all biometric-enabled.
Our USP: a detailed, international-standard project dossier prepared in-house by the RKIPL team.
Office furniture produced on European (German) manufacturing technology, compliant with ISO 18001, ISO 14001, SEFA and Greenguard.
04 / Safety first
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality is the first priority in everything we do. Our HSEQ policy sets direction for our employees and guides their behaviour in every situation, the first step in creating an embedded culture for a safe working environment.
Our management inspires others to behave safely, on the belief that safety has a direct impact on the quality of the product, which in turn results in timely delivery of the service.
HIRA is applied to each process to evaluate whether any situation, activity or object has the potential to cause harm, so that appropriate steps eliminate that risk.
Every member of the site team participates in hazard identification, and we act on what they raise.
We follow the hierarchy of safety controls: elimination, substitution, engineering control, administrative control, and PPE.
Daily, weekly and monthly briefing-cum-training builds the knowledge of project managers, supervisors, foremen and workmen to work safely and understand occupational risks.
SOPs and checklists monitor EHS compliance at every project, driven by a Plan-Do-Check-Act improvement model.
Our recognition and motivation programme for workmen and associates builds morale and focuses attention on getting the job done safely, not merely done.
